As the heart of the bag filter, the filter material mainly depends on the filtration efficiency, air permeability and various chemical properties of the filter material. Acrylic filter material adopts the fine fiber with superior performance of domestic milk acid and alkali, and is produced by staggered needle-punched structure. Compared with other similar products, the acrylic acid-resistant composite needle-punched felt has better acid-base resistance than other needle-punched filter materials, and its wear resistance is outstanding.
The birth of acrylic composite needle felt overcomes the historical problem that ordinary filter materials can not simultaneously filter corrosive gases containing acid and alkali. Compared with other filter materials with acid and alkali resistance, acrylic filter has high acid and alkali resistance. The experiment proves that the acrylic filter material has good corrosion resistance to high concentration hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid and hydrofluoric acid.
